Are You OK?

We never stop learning. Today I discovered by chance the origin of a word I took for granted ever since I learned English at a very young age. Did you know where we got the word "okay" or "OK?" Well, I never really bothered to check it out.

But I was glad I heard it in a videoclip. It comes from the Greek phrase, "Ola Kala" which means, "Everything's fine." Wow! After more than 5 decades I just learned it today. Amazing! Now you know it too. OK?
